Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 0 bell peppers
- 0pound ground beef
- 0 box of rice
- 0 cans condensed tomato soup
Preheat Oven to 350°
- 1 Cut and deseed the peppers, then boil for 30 minutes.
- 2 Cook the rice.
- 3 Brown and drain the beef.
- 4 Mix beef, rice, and 1/2 of the tomato soup.
- 5 Fill peppers with beef/rice/soup mixture.
- 6 Spread other can of tomato soup around peppers before baking.
- 7 Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
