Ingredients

  • 0 bell peppers
  • 0pound ground beef
  • 0 box of rice
  • 0 cans condensed tomato soup

Preheat Oven to 350°

  1. 1 Cut and deseed the peppers, then boil for 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Cook the rice.
  3. 3 Brown and drain the beef.
  4. 4 Mix beef, rice, and 1/2 of the tomato soup.
  5. 5 Fill peppers with beef/rice/soup mixture.
  6. 6 Spread other can of tomato soup around peppers before baking.
  7. 7 Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
