Spinach Egg Frittatas

Ingredients

  • 0 large eggs
  • 0tsp sea salt
  • 0tsp pepper
  • 0tsp garlic powder
  • 0tsp dried basil
  • 0cups chopped spinach
  • 0cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 0cup cheddar cheese

Preheat Oven to 400°

  1. 1 Line a 12 count muffin pan with silicone liners or coat with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. 2 In a large 4 cup measuring cup or mixing bowl, crack in eggs and whisk together with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Whisk in garlic powder and basil until combined. Stir in spinach and cheese.
  4. 4 Divide evenly into muffin cups.
  5. 5 Bake for about 21 minutes.
