Onion Roasted Potatoes

Preheat Oven to 425°

1. 1 Cut potatoes into large chunks.
2. 2 Combine all ingredients in 13 x 9 baking pan.
3. 3 Bake at 425°, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
