Memaw's Pork Chops & Gravy
Ingredients
- 0 Boneless pork chops, butterflied
- 0 tbs flour
- 0 tbs Lawry's Salt
Instructions
- 1 Brown pork chops, sprinkled with Lawry's salt.
- 2 Add water even with pork chops and lightly boil for 1 - 1.5 hours. (until chops are fork tender)
- 3 Remove pork chops from pan, leaving the pan on the eye to continue boiling.
- 4 Add the flour to a gravy shaker and fill with cold water. Shake!
- 5 Slowly pour flour/water mixture into the pan of boiling water and stir well.
