Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 0 eggs
  • 0 cup mayo
  • 0 tsp vinegar
  • 0 tsp mustard
  • 0 tsp salt
  • 0 tsp pepper
  • 0 tbs paprika

Instructions

  1. 1 Place eggs in a pan, covering completely with water.
  2. 2 Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. 3 While the eggs are boiling prepare an ice water bath and set aside. After 15 minutes, remove the eggs from the water and place in the ice water bath.
  4. 4 Once the eggs have cooled completely, peel them and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk to a small bowl with a spoon and place the egg whites on a plate.
  5. 5 Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until it's smooth.
  6. 6 Use a spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Sprinkle on paprika for garnish.
