Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 0pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 0cup ranch dressing
  • 0cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
  • 0oz block of cream cheese
  • 0cups fancy shredded sharp cheddar

Preheat Oven to 350°

  1. 1 Boil chicken breasts on stove in large sauce pan on medium heat for 30-45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. 2 Cut cold cream cheese into cubes & place in lightly buttered 11.5 x 8 x 2 glass baking dish.
  3. 3 Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese on cream cheese cubes.
  4. 4 Pour ranch and Frank's Red Hot on top of the cheesy mixture and place dish into the oven uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir well at the 10 minute mark.
  5. 5 Shred the chicken and add the cheesy mixture. Cover with foil and bake an additional 20-30 mintues.
